Delivery

We ship worldwide for a flat rate of £5.95 per order, irrespective of value or weight. Orders are processed in the UK, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. (excluding public 
holidays) and typically ship within 24-72 hours from when the order was
 placed, pending payment authorization and verification.

Gamma Proforma (Tru-Vector) ships worldwide via Royal Mail (UK) and their international mail carriers.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Gamma Proforma (Tru-Vector) will accept an exchange or return of your order within 30 days from the date you receive the shipment. Please include original tags (still attached), the original receipt and a written explanation of return with your return or exchange. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. The returned item(s) must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging to receive a refund. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we can not refund any shipping or handling charges. All returns and exchanges should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to the following address:
